Portable Oxygen Concentrator Loan

Thanks to separate donations the SPVU have purchased two oxygen concentrators.  We would like to thank

 - the family of Scott Hodge for the donation of a Sequal Technology Eclipse

 - the PHA-UK for the donation of a Sequal Freestyle.
